I am quoting the USC, and the USC is above any copyright policy.
Despite all that it can be argued this is NO INFRINGMENT of copyright.
This is the true but of course this is of no use because is neither the US government calling the shots neither am I. It is the big corporations that rule everything.
Nevertheless it is fancy to have that statement here. :D

As I like to share I am glad more people can criticize, comment or enjoy these videos.

Wow, the copyrighting and YouTube assholes do not even know the meaning of the word, Fair Use; maybe they like to just lie to us about that and play with the word, "Fair Use"... For one reason or another I never got to see series four of Enterprise! But now I have thankyou very much!
I love star trek so much that when my brother and I wrote our first movie together we put loads of Trek homages into our film. Check out our movie on the ClownAroundMovie channel see if you can spot the star trek references :-)

A lot of the stuff sadly is being removed from this great page by retard YouTube because of copyright infringement. The corporations run America, and Paramount is one of them. Im happy that I was able to use my you tube downloader and get all the videos off this great page for my personal use before they were removed. No copyright infringement laws here in Canada, so Paramounf and you tube can go screw themselves
