Changes coming to subscriber counts: http://youtubecreator.blogspot.com/2012/01/upcoming-improvements-to-accuracy-of.html . As of 12/09/2011, public view counts are lagging behind actual counts for basically all videos, due to sitewide issues. As of 05/02/2011, actual total upload views are at least 17,000 higher than shown here (site bug?).
