Romans 8:37-39, For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 5:8, But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Mal 3:16-18 Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard [it], and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.

The promise of eternal life our Lord made stands before us like a great beacon of hope. If His word is subject to failure our faith is in vain. We who believe He is the resurrection and the life, the One who conquered death and defeated the powers of this world, live by faith in His completed ministry. And we await His call. At that blessed moment we will have eternal life!
Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. James 4:14
