You stated: " the reason God hates witchcraft, is because it seeks to usurp His power and authority over nature. He is God, He has the right to punish sinners if He wants to"
What is witchcraft? It's merely a form of prayer.
Witches don't have "power" as you state. They are mortal women. They only have prayer.
Also, there is a difference between a Wiccan and a Wiccan Witch.
Not all Wiccans practice witchcraft.
Some are Blue-Star.
Also, I feel the image you have of Wiccans is slinky scantily clad "vixen"-like women trying to seduce you and take away your dedication to your God.
But that is not an accurate image. Wiccans are not "evil" women.
The book referred to in English as Genesis begins with and is referred to in Hebrew as BeReshit (THE BEGINNING.) What you've heard from the beginning, you should walk in it, says the beloved.
It is indeed willful rebellion to reject the commandment of God.
"And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him." (1 John 2:3-4)
"Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin. Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him." (1 John 3:4-6)
"He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil." (1 John 3:8)
Tree spirit in Wicca?
Nope, there are none.
Mostly female deities.
Earth related of course.
But not tree-spirits.
Gaia doesn't have tree branches attached to her body and I can't think of any Ancient deities who live in trees.
Ouranos is the Sky God in many Pagan religions but I don't recall him being a "tree spirit" as you say.
In paintings and statue representations, he never appeared that way.
