about Becks (beer~). Two bottles a 0,5 l or max ! (better and safe is only 23g) 50g alcohol seems okay (well!?) for an normal ( in weight) adult man every day. 80g and more for a time period of three years and/or more is probably a small problem for the body . But sometimes even not. Alcohol is a very complex drug! More problematic than a very high dose from time to time is for sure to continue alcohol for a long time in a lower dose..
