In a Regulated Market the controls set up don't allow the Free Market to function, it removes the chance for the consumer to demand a better Deal by forcing the same consumer to invest in businesses that can't sell their products to the very people paying all the bills.

And I was honored to have said conversation and I am willing to relive the experience. If anything for the sake of universal thought and exchange of ideas, however harsh the subject might be, with one side believing they defend lives and the other holding the same exact belief just on different scales of logic and morality, or however each side might want to call it. And that 'open-mindedness' I'm sure that it can surpass the greatest LSD trip and become a trip of it's own.

Clearly the problems you encountered with your DSL service should never have occurred and we at the Los Angeles AT&T truly regret it! The problem is with the management from Texas; the people from Los Angeles get out and fix problems. We now have a more personal customer relations approach as opposed to an automated system that can't possibly work. I'm a technician and no fan of the management so I'm able to fix the problems they get us into. Just shoot me an email telling me what part of town you are in and, if they won't fix this mess, I will. -; )

I do not now nor will I ever support the customer NO SERVICE that ATT provides.
These jerks want to advertise on my page? I am here to tell the world to never do business with these jerks, they will lie to you and screw everything up, then not have records of the incident.
It's worse than that, much worse. I hate ATT because of their lack business awareness and unprofessional actions.
