Touch Sunnix Married
A Khmer citizen in the U.S. stated that Touch Sunnix is married now. Her husband is about thirty years old, works in the hospital, and helped provide care for her during her hospitalization in the U.S. This Khmer citizen stated with certainty, "she has a husband now who works in the hospital. Everyone knows about this because my friend who recently visited her called to tell me before I came to visit Cambodia."
To confirm this story, Sabay called Mr. Sokha, a Khmer citizen involved with Khmer Entertainment in Minnesota who often visits her. He stated, "I have not kept in touch with her lately but a friend of mine who recently visited her states that Touch Sunnix is married to a Cambodian-American. I also heard that they had a church wedding. I'm not quite sure about her situation since my city is far from CA."
The Touch family was unavailable for contact but an RFA employee (he chooses to remain anonymous while at a meeting in Sihanoukville) who recently visited her also stated that she has a husband who is handsome, works in the hospital, and takes care of her everyday. "When I went to visit and give her gifts, I saw that man and asked him about the subject but didn't want to announce it yet as Touch Sunnix's father didn't want it yet publicized. Whoever doesn't believe this story, I have photos and a sound recording but I won't say much since her father will be mad at me if my younger sibling makes careless postings of these files."
Though three people have confirmed this story, it is still not 100% accurate. However, if she is married, her unfortunate life is full of hope again. Sabay would like to send their blessings if this story is true.
