I'm sure you have more to add to the list than what you shared with us and that you only gave us five things that Americans really are for the sake of video time, but if you don't mind, I'd like to add the sixth one as "LAZY." When 90% of Americans would allow the other 10% to do all of the fighting for them. . . Yes, Americans are lazy.
