Little questiooooooon : where do you get your kcals from? I don't know what to eat to get my calories up, I'm almost anorexic here, that can't be healthy (I almost look like durianrider who eats only fruit every day. Only with the zits.). Nuts are of course handy, but I'm afraid I could very well be allergic to most nuts. Right now I eat potato chips as I know those don't break me out but they might be the culprit of one or two of those zits. And brown rice is only 111 kcals for 100g.
