Hey man I love your vids but i have a question

i just turned 17 and i can bench 260
squat approx 350
and deadlifts usually many sets and reps of 225

anywyas my problem is im starting to look too big, is there a way i can gain strenght but not size?
I would like to bench 40more pounds

I think its great wat you do man too many people think steroids are necessary to be big and strong i've been training myself for about a year and a half but just for pure strngth for rugby i did my own research into training techniques and natural testosterone boostin without any supplements so i do mostly squats,deadlifts,presses,rows alround compound movements and some days i do stongman style training like truck pulling my car with the hand brake half way up i love the buzz i get from it and my strength has gone thru the roof i'm currently squattng twice my body weight i also have a blind friend i'm tryin to get him doin some basic fitness training and facing goliath really gave me some inspiration thanks a million and keep it up

Thanks for developing techniques which naturally enhance strength and testosterone. I am wanting to practice natural bodybuilding and I am considering using whole body vibration, grounded flax seed as a meal, and herbal testosterone boosters such as Tongkat Ali.
