This channel is all about fun, easy cooking. I started this channel because many of my friends tell me that they cannot seem to learn how to cook Vietnamese food. Their parents never gave them measuring cups or exact directions. Even if their parents tried to teach them, "a little of this and a little of that" is not really clear cut and can cause some confusion, especially for difficult Vietnamese dishes. I am here to help you guys with easy to follow recipes that you can cook yourselves and make your parents proud! But don't think that this channel is just for Vietnamese foods. I am all about easy recipes that anyone from any cooking background can try in the kitchen! I understand that we all work and have busy lives and anything to make it more simple is a winner.
