Fuck the Russian squat program and any other periodization program. According to Brooks Kubik, shit doesn't work, and according to modern strongmen shit doesn't work, not to mention- according to old time strongmen...shit doesn't work. The only guy I have any real respect for who actually endorses (almost said "espouses", jesus christ) periodization is Wendler. I say, the only periodization Paul Anderson used was partial reps, and as a guy who was quarter squatting 2000 pounds he's someone you might want to listen to. He also lifted the heaviest weight ever lifted at over 6000 pounds in the backlift.

Also, came in from your ego post in response to them "h8rs" on the C&P blog. Just decided to comment because someone in here's being a faggot. By the way, them's a pretty nice 260 in the bench.

Why was my other comment removed, I'll just say it again. Stick to one routine, not random stuff, keep being consistent, when you stall on your Squat use the Russian Squat Program (there's a generator out there I can PM you), I'm sure you're starting to stall on your lifts due to your BW.
