But in the Imperial City, there are two fist fighters outside of the Arena. One of them, I can't recall the name, is a female redgaurd. If watch the two, you gain 5 levels in Hand to Hand. But it doesn't end there. There is a chest nearby, where you can picklock and it has unique gloves inside that raise 20 in Hand to Hand, I believe they're leather enchanted. Even FURTHER into this little side quest, if you enter the Arena, and go to the head red gaurd, again I can't recall name, there is a crumbled piece of paper on the ground with the female red gaurds name on it, claiming she is the daughter of the red gaurd, and plans to become the grand champion one day.
