Justice - When you get what you deserve.

Mercy - When you don't get what you deserve.

Grace - When you get what you don't deserve.

Love - Is not a feeling, it's an act of your will.
About Me:

Okay, so where to begin. I'm a born again believer in our Lord Jesus/Yeshua The Christ/Messiah for which I'm very thankful. I'm not a fan of organised Religion & am therefore non-denominational.

I'm not a YEC & I do not hold that the Earth is only 6000 years old. I accept the geological record & the speed of light as a constant & do not believe the Bible gives space to a YEC view even without those factors being taken into account. I am rather a partial Gap-Theorist, & I stress the word PARTIAL in that phrase.

I do not have a problem with the theory of evolution per se. However I regard it as, as yet unproved beyond all reasonable doubt despite it being a working hypothesis in the field of biology.

It is simply a mechanism & not the Maker. To get hung up on it is the same as looking closely at a great painting & focusing on the brush strokes without stepping back to admire the art or the Artist.

Simply because we can describe how something works does NOT remove the Engineer or Designer from the equation, anymore than my being able to describe the inner workings of a pocket watch denies the existence of the Craftsman that designed & built it.

That said, I do not hold that YECs are not my brethren in Christ. I simply disagree with them upon this particular issue. I do not insist that they or anyone else conform to my take on it or anything else.

If I had to describe my stance I would be closer to a Conservative Evangelical in my theology although I dislike such labels.

If you've come to my channel with prayer requests or reasonable questions then be welcome.

However, if you've come demanding empirical proof of God's existence then don't waste your time. I find that the demand for empirical proof in regard to the supernatural is unjustified & invalid.

Reason? The Rationalist philosphical perspective (or more accurately described, Empiricism's Religious perspective) claims that only things that can be proved to exist empirically are all that in fact exist or can exist.

There is, in fact, no empirical proof that such a claim is true. It is therefore a non-sequitur & a logical nonsense.

Moreover, by the standards of Atheists the claim itself is an extra-ordinary one. To quote a famous Atheist; " Extra-ordinary claims demand extra-ordinary proof" Carl Sagen. This was based upon the majority view thinking, supported by the claim that most scientists are Atheists. However, scientists make up a tiny % of the world population. Thusly using this same reasoning :-

Since the vast majority of humanity believe in the existence of the supernatural, regardless of religious persuasion, as a self evident fact. The Atheist is therefore beholden to prove their faith position before they are entitled to demand what they themselves cannot provide & believe by blind faith as defined by their standards, not mine.

In other words the burden of proof resides squarely upon their shoulders, not the Believer's. If any Atheist can empirically prove that the Rationalist claim is the absolute, indisputable truth? Then, & only then, will I change what I believe & declare it here publically.

Further, there will be no point in debate because we will by logical consequence agree. However, until that is done, then I hold all such demands as spurious & so much Scotch mist. I have never claimed to have empirical proof of God's existence & my & other believer's faith stance does not require it. We are just honest enough to admit it.

Also, do not come here arguing Secular Humanism which presupposes that all abstracts are relative & conceptually subjective. Truth is absolute or it does not exist. Period.

That apart, the Lord bless you & keep you. The Lord lift up His countenance & make His face to shine upon you & give you peace.

Shalom : )

Just out of curiosity, if I had some interesting facts to share with you about your belief, would you be willing to read it? No I would not wish to spam your channel with our discussion but I'd like to send it to you in a message. If your willing to read it then let me know, but I will warn you...it will something that will make you want to defend what you preach but my feeling on religion, religious or not, is if someone has information pertaining to my belief, which I will base my whole life on, then I would want to hear, for it or not. Just let me know, hope to hear from you =)

Hi Theo, Blessings & greetings again : ) The answer to your question is simple logic. Or as Clint Eastwood would put it; 'A man's just got to know his limitations' :D I've been answering these types of questions for over 30 odd years.

The peace that passes all understanding be yours 'til comes The New Jerusalem my brother.

Honored to be your brother, friend & servant in Him, by His grace alone. : )

2)I'll admit that faith in things can be turned to slavish adherence to dogma & legalistic thinking, but dogma is not restricted to religion alone. It in fact covers the full gamit of human enterprise. Believers, at least those who follow Christ, do not follow out of fear my friend. They follow out of love. The declaration of the Gospel is that the price of sin has already been paid for by Jesus/Yeshua The Christ, & that those who receive Him have already received forgiveness & need not concern themselves with Hell since they have, despite their obvious imperfection, been delivered from that consequence. Still, I admire your integrity in this, simply investing in a belief from a position of fear is not sufficient, as neither is an intellectual or emotional acceptence. So I apologize for the poor framing of my answer which obviously didn't make these points clear.

Every blessing, Your friend. : )

1)Hi CreationMoralDilemma, greetings again : ) I'm sorry that you have decided not to continue our discussion. I freely admit that normally I will not engage in this particular area on my channel as evidenced in my profile but I found your imput interesting. I have to apologize however, because I thought that my reply made it clear that every human being, being of a finite nature, is forced to faith regardless of their position upon whether the supernatural exists or not. ....

I would've liked to continue the truth discussion unfortunately you have managed to end it without me having to. I admit to the fact that the human mind is limited but I will not jump into a fire on a whim of faith hoping not to get burn. You as well as I know that the word faith is one of the most powerful and slavish words in language. Therefore you must be cautious with it's use. Research will open doors you never even imagined make sure you have done all your homework on that which you believe. Make sure it's in your best interest and not in the interest of others that you find peace and love. I wish you luck in your journey even if I don't agree with it I care for all of my fellow mammals.

That's an excellent proof. When did you come up with it?

4)Ergo, what ultimate conclusions we arrive at will of neccessity be faith based & this will hold true for every limited, finite creature, be it angel or human. Yet, this does not preclude the possibility that the subjective conclusions arrived at by a particular individual are un-true or that ultimate, absolute truth does not exist. These things are simply unprovable by reason of our limited nature & perspective. In fact abstracts in absolute terms must exist outside of ourselves, else all thought & human action ceases to have significance or meaning & we endeavor to find & give meaning to our existence regardless of our particular perspectives. This is what defines us as human.

I appreciate fully your position my friend. I too have a low boredom thresh-hold. : )

Your friend & servant in Him.
