electronic medical records do nothing to make healthcare more efficient. the VA is nothing but a government ran healthcare system, and it is a fraud.

My care at the VA has been excellent. I'm grateful for electronic medical records and the proactive attitude of my care team. My doctor has helped me become a healthier person than I was when I entered the VA system 12 years ago.
