Valeo Films Inc. is a full service film and video production company that specializes in underwater video productions. Undersea Expeditionary Video Services is the underwater division of VFI. UEV specializes in technical diving video (Deep diving in caves and wrecks).
About Me:
Undersea Expeditionary Video Services, the newest division of Valeo Films, specializes in expedition-style underwater film and video production. Its current projects emphasize the technical, deep underwater content on which the company is now focusing on and has a proven performance record.
As a technical diver and freelance underwater expedition cameraman, David's passion for his work and his continued outstanding performance while working as an Underwater Camera Operator, AD, UPM, Line Producer, Writer, Director and Producer have earned him the respect of his colleagues as well as the industry at large. Most recently Mr. Ulloa can be seen on the "The Quest For Sunken Warships," a special series for Discovery Networks Military Channel.
When it comes to our oceans and the creatures within them, it goes without saying that we must protect them. It has become the mission of Undersea Expeditionary Video Services to do everything possible in the conservation and protection of the most graceful and magnificent of all ocean creatures - the shark.
In addition to its professional activities, Mr. Ulloa maintains a national presence in the film industry through annual sponsorships and participation in numerous film and diving-related events. David is also very enthusiastic about, and looks forward to, speaking at schools, conventions, group meetings and dive clubs.

Your "Quest For Sunken Warships" is wonderful. My sons and I love it. Thank you! We were particularly moved by the respect you and your crew show the Sailors who died in those ships. God Bless and keep up the great work!
