Yay! I am so awesome because I have lost over 60 pounds.
I did it by giving up junk food and fast food (I've been vegetarian since March of 2007).
I do a lot of walking, hiking, wii fit and DDR.
I plan on losing about 20 or 30 more.
As of the last time I checked I'm only about 10 pounds overweight according to the BMI.
