In the past year I've lost 73 pounds, even while on Zyprexa. I did it primarily by cutting out fat (except Omega3 fats like in grapeseed oil) and getting more exercise. Your "stop the insanity" in the 90s stuck with me, I knew what I needed to do to lose the weight. But I cannot even fathom going vegan. When I've tried even going vegetarian, I experienced hair loss. How are you getting all your nutrients with a vegan diet? I've met very few vegans that didn't look like death was coming.
