Polymer clay is an oven-baked clay which comes in different brands. Some popular brands are Fimo, Sculpey, etc.
I purchase my craft tools mostly from Art Friend. http://www.artfriend.com.sg
You can also check out your local craft stores such as Michaels to get them.
