I decided to go with both Double Impact and third Strike. Also he had BOTH Capcom Vs SNK Pro for the DC and Capcom Vs Snk 2. Got it all for 30 Dollars. And he threw in a spare memory card. So all in all. it was a good deal. Thanks for the suggestions dude :).
