hi Ronnie, been watching your you tube instructions for years now and i have some of your insructional cds andhave progressed well but i have choked. Trying for the Sonny Terry tone and his subtle slides. Can't get that clear bluesy drawn out in tune gutsy sound. Listening to all the legends for inspiration. Help!!

dude ! beautiful blues man. I just picked up a harmonica not to long ago, i couldn't resist, nothing beats the sound. I was just wondering, does it matter which end you (high or low) goes into your holding palm? Just picking up the harmonica going with the feeling, i use my right hand to hold the harmonica. that puts the high sounding holes closer to my palm. opposite from you i think. i dono if it matters? but maybe i can flip the harmonica upside down and get the low notes closer to my palm? does it matter? thanks.

Hey Ronnie
I love your playing brother...great site! Could you play "Scratch my back" by Slim Harpo and talk about the key he plays in and his methods? Thanx!

So happy to hear you give Paul Delay the credit he deserves. I grew up in Portland and Eugene and got hung up on Paul at an early age and was lucky enough to have seen him over 50 times over the years. I would also like to add another North west great to your list of great harmonica guys, mr. Curtis Salgado. Thanks for the great lessons.

I opened my Oskar Major "C" diatonic 2 hours ago. I truly want to learn and I was wondering if just picking out a simple lick and going at it while working on single notes and draws was the way to go. I thought about single note blow /draw rhythms. I just don't want to give myself the old paralysis by analysis

Hey Ronnie. Appreciate the work you put into these vids. Was wondering if you can do a beginner lesson on breathing properly. I find that I have trouble keeping up if I play more than one song on the harp, don't know if it's bad technique, lack of practice or the fact that i'm a smoker. Thanks in advance :)
