Hi folks, for those having trouble calibrating their boards, a new tip just in: Try calibrating your board with the lights off. This should help the sensors do what they need to. Once board is calibrated, you can turn the lights back on to play.

Basic functionality should not be explained in a "tips and tricks" video. It should be easily integrated in to the game itself.
