Think of the BEST special effects movies that you have ever seen. Now think of the inconsistensies or visual errors that even the casual uninformed audience can see in these films.
Now think back to 1969 and the movies that were made then. Could NASA have produced such fakery that it would not only stand up to the scrutiny of a 1969 audience, but also a whole generation of engineers and scientists familiar with the geologic studies of celestial bodies?
Most people are smart enough to believe reputable engineers, physicists, geologists, astronomers and astronauts from across the globe who state that the landings were a fact. But no, the real conspiracists believe some anonymous high-school dropouts who found everything they needed to conclude the Apollo program was a hoax from some distorted YouTube videos.
The evidence of Apollo has been in the public domain for 41 years now. Photographs, images of spacecraft taken by astronauts in other spacecraft, as well as images of the spacecraft heading towards the moon by telescopes from earth, broadcasts in real-time and seen in real-time, scientific experiments placed on the moon, rocks and samples returned from the moon, exams of the chemical makeup of the rocks, isotopic abundances, cosmic ray exposure ages, radioactive dating techniques and more.
The Apollo program was the biggest achievement of the century. Neil Armstrong, Edwin Aldrin, Charles Conrad, Alan Bean, Alan Shepard, Edgar Mitchell, David Scott, James Irwin, John Young, Charles Duke, Gene Cernan and Harrison Schmitt walked on the moon. Science, damn good engineering and a lot of courage made it happen.

Your summary highlights some major flaws in the theorists arguments without even getting into the fine details. I can not agree more.
We were SO lucky to grow up at a time to witness what may very well be the greatest achievement of mankind. Looking forward, the prospects of anything like it happening seem slim..... certainly in our lifetime.
