I'm extremely passionate about Harry Potter.
I hate it when people tell me that it's weird that I have a so called 'obsession' with Harry Potter, or it's 'creepy' how much I love it or 'it's not real'. People don't realise how much it hurts when I hear it. I understand people have their own opinions etc etc but this is something that is very very close to my heart, and Harry Potter is something that makes me happy when I'm going through tough times in my life, it's practically like a family.The good thing about Harry Potter is that it's a story for every age, whether you're 6 or 96 people can relate to it. Everyone has a passion or a love for something, and this is mine. I don't care if people think I'm stupid, immature or crazy for liking it this much, but the whole purpose of this story to me, is to capture people's hearts, and let me tell you it has captured many!!!
To me Harry Potter is everything.
I ship Daniel/Emma.
People may say I'm deluded for shipping these two, but I do believe they share a strong friendship. Even though it may not become romantic, I will still continue to adore them.

Daniel on Emma's new haircut:
"Emma had sort of hinted that she was going to do that, so I wasn't as surprised as perhaps the rest of the world was, but I think she looks fantastic. It's a very, very cool haircut. But to be honest the girl could look pretty with a plastic bag over her head, you know. I mean, she's a beautiful girl, so any haircut I'm sure would look wonderful".
Harry & Hermione - I knew from the start that Ron/Hermione would end up together because of those subtle hints and jealousy, that finally occurred later in the story. However I believe that H/Hr share something so much more special, that I yearn for in a relationship. I partly ship them because of Daniel and Emma's onscreen chemistry, however the novels also hint intense feelings towards the two. Jo Rowling had admitted herself that they both share something special, that Ron will never participate in.
The majority of people who aren't fans of Harry Potter were shocked to discover that Harry and Hermione were not a couple. Even the media have admitted they were sure they would get together. See, we are not the only ones who believe these two share something special. It's just a logical and realistic choice for H/Hr to end up together.
Now the fact is that Hermione shares moments with Harry that Ron will never be able to participate in. He walked out. She shared something very intense with Harry. -J.K. Rowling.
Us H/Hr shippers are not crazy or delusional, we just have another point of view about a perfect relationship with no fights all the time, with understanding, harmony and friendship.
I have also had this thought, that Jo should of made all three of them go separate ways. Considering all three of them form a strong friendship, I think Harry may feel lonely because of Ron and Hermione together. But that's just a thought to make Ron/Hermione and Harry/Hermione shippers to stop arguing about who is better with who.
But no matter what we are all a family, we all share a strong view on Harry Potter, and that's what I love about it, the unity and love us fans have.

Love is a journey two people have to take. The best relationships start with friendships, and Harry and Hermione have the perfect friendship. They are comfortable with each other. They can talk about anything whatsoever, and Harry only really opens up to her. She hasn't once left his side. She picked him over her parents (Christmas, OotP) who she loves the most, and over Ron when he ditched in DH. Not technically picked, you know, but she wanted to stay with Harry. 1st-5th year, they always did things together. Ron was knocked out at the end of PS, Hermione helped Harry figure out the Chamber of Secrets, they went back in time together in PoA, she was the only person who believed him in GoF, and twice in OotP they had to go into the Forbidden Forest together, where they were in extreme danger. I can't see how two people who go through these things together can just not eventually fall in love. It has to be a bonding experience. To me, anyway.
Having said that, I respect Jo's decisions. No matter what had happened she had created this world for all the world to share. She is my hero.
