I caught my 1st cuda today. It was about a 22 inch fish. I have never caught anything @ black point. Maybe I am in the wrong spots. Keep catching them and take some pics.

What happened Jeff? The fish were not hitting you at all bro. We were tearing those bowfins up! I just learned how to fish for them by trial and error. I learned Zoom trick worms in black work best. You gotta twitch it 3 times and stop. The bowfin will hit and you have to let it have the bait for a couple of seconds before setting the hook. They are really cool to catch. Hope we can meet again and this time we all catch something. We need to wait until they open up the dams. Then it gets really loaded with fish. Take it easy bro!

If you can, meet up with me tomorrow along 8 st so we can catch monster bowfin. I do not know where the big bass have gone but I like catching huge bowfin's. Merry x-mas.

Nice little tarpon bro. I would have put him in a lake bro. That would be sight to see. It looks like a bass lol! Anyway we can go fishing on Tuesday. I am going to fish along 8 st past Krome. I wonder if bowfin are harmful to bass or peacock bass. I caught one and wanted to take it to the lake. That huge peacock bass my g/f caught is now in a new home. Congrats on the tarpon. I will try and catch my tarpon when it gets good in Islamorada. I have seen them being caught @ night right across Bud n Mary's.

Well we went to the keys this past Saturday and ti was crappy. The tide was on the floor the whole night and the biggest fish was an 8 inch mangrove. It was a waste of money. The spot where we caught those nice fish is off limits because the cops will kick us out. We already got a warning for trespassing. Channel 5 bridge is horrible too. I will look for some other spots.

Sweet bro, Well I got vacation coming next week. I will be off for 2 weeks. Just tell me when you are going with a message through youtube and show me how to catch them. I am a saltwater rookie and I am learning everyday. I would really enjoy my 1st snook. Take me to the snook!
