MUSIK & MEHR ist ein YT-Kanal, auf dem schwerpunktmäßig Rockmusik der unterschiedlichsten Richtungen vorgestellt wird, die ich aus dem gewaltigen Fundus bei You Tube zusammenstelle (eigene Videos zu ganz anderen Themen werde ich demnächst auf einem separaten Kanal hochladen), wobei ich hier naturgemäß solche Titel präsentiere, die mir persönlich besonders gut gefallen.

Diese Sammlung meiner Favoriten ist nicht zuletzt auch als eine kleine Hommage an Winfrid Trenkler gedacht, der von 1972 bis Mitte der 1990er Jahre mit seinen Radiosendungen "Radiothek am Donnerstag", "Rock In" und "Schwingungen" (nicht nur) meinen Musikgeschmack entscheidend geprägt hat. Danke, Winfrid! Du bist und bleibst der Größte!
Außerdem gilt mein Dank allen 'Kanalistas' bei YouTube, die durch ihre Uploads die Zusammenstellung dieser Sammlung ermöglicht haben!

'Musik & mehr' (music & more) is a YT-channel, which is dedicated to almost any kind of rock music of and to electronic tunes. The collection of music presented here is not least a tribute to Winfrid Trenkler, one of the most influential music journalists and "godfather of Radio-DJ" in Germany. Winfrid, who is now living in Sweden, went down in the history of German rock music and electronic music as editor and link man of legendary radio shows, which he presented fom 1972 to 1995. Not leaving aside more recent sounds, 'Musik & mehr' wants to bring back musical memories of those days and shows. I hope, you'll enjoy it - and: Keep on rocking!

As you will know, YouTube is planning to force the so called "new channel design" on all users. This "new design" (a sheer euphemism!) will destroy the individuality of our channels and quash the creative efforts of millions of YouTube-users. Your channel will be devaluated, too! I am appealing to you and to all artists (especially musicians) who are running YouTube channels:
Please, don't sit on your hands, while YouTube is going to destroy the individuality of our channels! Raise your voices NOW, and let the company and the community know: Being artists, bound to creativity and loving our freedom of individual artistic expression, we can't and won't accept YT's and Google's plans!
Upload your personal video of protest, and let your music become a peaceful but mighty 'weapon'! Publish a statement on your refusal of enforced change of YT-channel design! (If you like, you can send those statements via personal message to following address, where they will be collected for presentation in a special video: http://www.youtube.com/user... Feel free to use the identifier "Artists United For Preservation Of Creativity On YouTube" for your respective activities!

ich bin natürlich beim Boykott dabei, denn ich sehe absolut keinen Sinn in dieser willkürlichen Aktion von Youtube. Denn gerade die phantasievollen Gestaltungen der Channels bringen Leben in diesen ansonsten ziemlich kalten Cyber-Space! Da ich ansonsten auch beim Namen Uniform schon Gänsehaut der Abscheu bekomme, erübrigt sich auch schon ein weiterer Kommentar.
Ich finde es schön, dass Du mich hier gefunden hast - ich glaube, wir sind auf der gleichen Wellenlänge.
Auch ich bin sogenannter "Lebenskünstler" und Autor - und Musiker!
Wir sollten in Kontakt bleiben - finde ich!
