From a militia? Again, it would be hard for private criminal militias to compete with corporate defense forces.

Now if a corporate defense force institutes a government, then of course you have a government. But if defense forces go to war with each other then you end up with people leaving those warring defense forces in hordes, and other defense forces pick off the new customers and maybe some new forces start up. Also technology is getting to the point where out and out warfare has become obsolete sans petty militia conflicts.

All heathen culture was ruined in the Middle Ages in Russia, so if you managed to find some poem, it would be created by modern men.

Definitely similar poems exist. But even if I find them, they will be in russian.
