i look at the coaching staff like this. super bowl or cowher. if coughlin wins another sb he can do whatever he wants to do. if we don't win it all then we move and hire cowher. main reason i want him is because our D will not have to worry about who our next defense coach is going to be. i want coughlin to win another super bowl of course. but bears are looking at cowher now.
