God Bless The Child - Theme Song MULTITRACK COVER from The 90's show "Roc"

The original song was written by Billie Holiday and Arthur Herzog Jr. this arrangement was done for the show ROC. I have no clue who arranged it. I just listened and sang it myself.

According to Wikipedia when the series' began, the theme song was "God Bless the Child", performed by noted a cappella singer Jerry Lawson (lead singer of The Persuasions) and three unknown studio singers. I am not sure if this is completely accurate anymore. I know, if you listen to the original theme it does sound like Jerry Lawson to me. If it isn't then I have no clue who it is.

However, many people wrongly attributed this song to Take 6. I was a fan of the show, as a child, and loved this theme song. I am not Jerry Lawson. LOL My name is Keith and I sometimes take time to multitrack songs. This was one that I have been wanting to do for years.
