I often get questions about where I get my gear. I shop almost everywhere. I have made many excellent finds at gun shows and military surplus stores and much of my gear comes from these two. Other places I frequent: Bass Pro Shops, REI, & Dicks Sporting Goods. Online I sometimes get gear from Ben's Backwoods, Cheaper than Dirt, Maxpedition, etc. I always have my eyes open for good gear and good deals!

Nice videos. You live in a similar climate to me, so they're really useful to me - there's not a lot of survival/outdoors videos that are relevant to woodland areas like mine as I think they're not 'extreme' enough for the likes of Bear Grylls or people like that!

Hi, the 201 on map & compass. You explain a tric but actually do not explain why you should substract 10 dec. E. on your 90 degrees baring...should you...why not add. ?
