Thanks for the support. I think every personal trainer should do what I did. The documentary will help other trainers as well. With the book, it will be available in different formats. More info as it comes to hand.

Just came across this guy on the yahoo ticker who's doing what he calls fit2fat2fit. It's a TOTAL copy of what you did. I hope your documentary and book silence this guy cause I'm actually annoyed by this. Also, can you not do an ebook or is that what your book is? At least this way it would be much easier and faster to distribute it. Ciao

@hardyzfan, your age is on your side. The younger you are, the easier it will be to get in shape and stay in shape. Start your day off with a 15 minute session on the x-trainer to promote fat loss. Eat clean food, lift weights and drink water as a basic start. Consistency is the key. The results will be immediate.

The book is being finalized and we are looking at March 2012 for the release in The US. More details as they come to hand. Thanks for everyone's support! We are close with everything so your continued support on twitter @pj_james is much appreciated. Please tell all your friends...the more support there is for the videos, the better.

Hey PJ, awesome vids! you are an inspiration! I was wondering if I could get some help for myself personally. I am now 18 years old and have always struggled losing weight. I was quite skinny until i was about 10, but for the past years, I just seem to lose around 5kgs then put it back on. I am currently 168cm tall and 98kgs. I have always had a short term goal of losing at least 10kgs first, and then work again after that goal. Ive tried so many diets, read online, bought books, but i seem to struggling losing weight. I would greatly appreciate your help. Even if its a little bit of advice, I would be grateful. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks!
