Desde el PCPE luchamos por el derrocamiento del sistema capitalista y por la victoria de la revolución socialista. La construcción de la sociedad socialista no será posible sin la instauración de un régimen de poder popular, en que el proletariado tenga el papel dirigente. Dicho poder, denominado teóricamente dictadura del proletariado, expresa la incorporación de la inmensa mayoría de la sociedad en las tareas políticas, mediante su participación directa en las tareas del Estado y la administración.
El PCPE considera que la instauración del Socialismo y el Comunismo en el estado español, objetivo fundamental de nuestro Partido, pasa por la realización y consolidación de una revolución democrática, antimonopolista, antioligárquica y antiimperialista, pronunciándose por la unidad de todas las fuerzas de la izquierda social y política en un programa común, sobre la base del reconocimiento de todos los derechos de las nacionalidades incluido el derecho a la autodeterminación y cuya propuesta sea la construcción de una República Confederal fundamentada en el principio leninista de unión voluntaria de pueblos libres.

The Communist Party of the Peoples of Spain is a voluntary union of communist militants in the Spanish State, that vindicates the best fighting traditions of the Spanish communist people. The PCPE is a working class party, in which the most conscious elements organise themselves, that fights to direct it and turn into its vanguard and its superior way of organisation. We strive to organise the progressive and revolutionary movements of the Peoples of Spain in the fight for direct democracy, socialism, and communism.
From the PCPE we fight for the overthrowing of the capitalist system and for the victory of the socialist revolution. The building of the socialist society will not be able without a regime of popular authority, in which the proletariat has the directing power. Such a power, theoretically called "peoples dictatorship", expresses the incorporation of the immense majority of society in the political duties, through their direct participation in the duties of State and Administration.
The PCPE considers that the installation of socialism and communism in the Spanish State, fundamental aim of our party, implies the realisation and consolidation of the democratic, anti-monopolist, anti-oligarchic, and anti-imperialistic revolution, pronouncing itself in favour of the unity of all forces of the social and political left in a common programme, upon the base of the recognition of all the rights of the different nationalities including the right to self-determination and whose proposal shall be the building of a Confederate Republic based upon the Leninist principle of voluntary union of the free peoples.
