You ask loaded Questions and put Yourself at risk with Astral Projection... if You see people who play with it a lot, they will decompose and decay and age faster and often smell physically of the decay like a dead corpse with rigor-mortis set in... because their Spirit was not in the Body so the Body just began to decay and decompose naturally like Death.

When You play with Astral Projection, You leave the physical Body attached by the SilverCord at Your belly button... and what happens when the Spirit/Aura is out of the Body is that it decays exactly like a dead person when rigor-mortis decay sets in and it will age You very fast.... that is WHY that a lot of Remote Viewing where Astral Projection is played with can also open You up to deception and physically being possessed by demonic entities since You're out of the physical Body.
