About Me:
1st Amendment:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, OR PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE THEREOF; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Do the school textbooks really tell children that they are not free to believe that God created them as described in the Bible?
Doesn't this prohibit their free excercise of religion, thus violating the first ammendment?

Atheist - a person who denies or disbelieves the existence of a supreme being or beings.
I believe in and do not deny the existence of a supreme being... so I'm not an atheist... and Nathan also believes and does not deny the existence of a supreme being, meaning he is NOT an atheist.
If you're referring to the fact that we do not believe in other gods like Zeus or Mithra, then that's just petty of you. And besides that, these false gods are not supreme anyway. They would be considered lesser if anything...
