A little about me.

The reason why sometimes I don't upload for long periods of time is I just can't. Sometimes my life gets so busy I can hardly breathe.

I work 15-25 hours a week, and volunteer 3 hours a week. I also am an avid runner.
My fastest mile time is 6:54 (with blisters and no training and when I'm sore) Probably get it down to a low 6:00 or a high 5:00.
Fastest 5k time is 23.30 (which is good but I'm trying to get that to the low 20:00's) a 5k is 3.1 miles, so that's an average of an 7:35 mile.
Gonna try to do a 10k and triathlon in the next year. Half marathon in the next 5 years and marathon in the next 10. But I'll get to those much quicker.
My fastest 100m is 12.7 (awful time, really ashamed)
My fastest 200m is 26.7 (bad considering my 100m time)
My fastest 400m is 60.9 (average cause I'm always dead when I do em')

So my life is pretty busy and most of the times I don't have time for Youtube. I also drum when I can so if you want to see drum videos you can certainly say that.
