Film is a world all its own. Just like dreams, anything can happen. The limit is our imagination(and budgets).
There's so much out there still to see and so little time. It's a challenge to choose time for reel and real. It is hard to say which has more value. Celluoid, magnetic tape and digital codes are forever in their own right, frozen and last longer as real life passes, changes and fades.
Do you see the document of the past and learn or catch the real thing as it passes and learn? For most it is both, but the scale is always tipped to one side or the other; some drastically.
