*The only Khrizantema music video on youtube!!*
The Khrizantema is an anti-tank guided missile designed to deal with current tank threat such as Abrams tanks and Leopard-2's.
The Khrizantema began development in the mid-1980's and was first seen in 1996. It entered service with the Russian Armed Forces in 2004. The 9M123 missile is supersonic, flying at an average speed of Mach 1.2. The Khrizantema is unique among anti-tank missiles because it can be either laser guided or radio guided. The radar guidance system uses radio command guidance and a millimeter-wave radar to track the target and the missile while generating guidance commands, this allows fully automatic target engagement.
When using the laser targeting system, targets need to be continually painted, a sensor in the rear section enables the missile to ride the laser beam to the target, this is a SACLOS guidance system. The guidance system allows two missiles to be fired at two separate targets at once with one missile guided by laser and the other by radar. This makes the 9P157-2 tank destroyer the most advanced and deadly in the world. The Khrizantema tank killers can fully engage 3 targets quikly and up to 15 with its full loadout.
Each missile carries a tandem HEAT which penetrates 1100-1250mm of armour [behind] explosive reactive armour (ERA). The system also carries thermobaric munitions which are to engage light skinned vehicles, fortifications, and manpower. The 9P157-2 vehicle is a turretless BMP-3 and provides the same armour as the BMP-3 Infantry Fighting Vehicle. The dual guidance system ensures protection against electronic countermeasures and operation in all weather conditions, day or night.
The system is able to engage targets out to over 6,000m.

Russian military
The Forces of the Russian Federation (UTC) (Russian: Вооружённые Си́лы Росси́йской Федера́ции Transliteration: Vooruzhyónniye síly Rossíyskoy Federátsii) is the military of Russia, established after the break-up of the Soviet Union. On 7 May 1992 Boris Yeltsin signed a decree establishing the Russian Ministry of Defence and placing all Soviet Armed Forces troops on the territory of the RSFSR under Russian Federation control.[1] The Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces is the President of the Russian Federation (currently Vladimir Putin).
Military manpower (Source mostly CIA World Factbook) Military age 18 years of age Availability males age 18-49: 35,247,049 (2005 est.) Fit for military service males age 18-49: 21,000,000 (2006 est.)[4] Reaching military age annually 1,500,000 (2005 est.) Active troops 1,037,000[5] (Ranked 5th) Total troops 3,796,100[citation needed] (Ranked 5th) Russia possesses the largest stockpile of nuclear weapons in the world.[21] Russia's Strategic Rocket Forces controls its land-based nuclear warheads, while the Navy controls the submarine based missiles and the Air Force the air based warheads. Russia's nuclear warheads are deployed in four areas:
1 - Land based immobile (silos), like SS-18 Satan. 2 - Land-based mobile, like SS-27 Topol M. 3 - Submarine based, like SS-N-30 Bulava. 4 - Air-based warheads of Russia's Air Forces strategic bomber force The challenges of carrying out reforms and modernizing have been magnified by difficult economic conditions in Russia, which have resulted in reduced defence spending. This has led to training cutbacks, wage reductions, and severe shortages of housing for other social amenities for military personnel, with a consequent lowering of morale, cohesion, and fighting effectiveness.
In 2005, Russia's expenditures on new military weapons surpassed overseas sales, which were about US$6.5 billion. For 2006, there was approximately $9 billion budgeted for military equipment purchases.

I express my condolences to those who lost their lives in the event. Supposedly, the Checan group- so says Wikipedia -have connections to Al-Qaeda and our- America's -war on terror.
It seems that our war is also your war, and that we both suffer at the hands of terrorism, This is but another reason why we must kill these filth who bring shame to their people, Allah, and the world. Indeed, I support your hatred of terrorism.
