Born in Brooklyn New York, Mentplus a Dj/Producer who grew up in the golden era of hiphop. A Beat Battle veteran, he holds various titles for wins from several battles including: New Jersey's MTP Beat Battle, New Yorks Banging Beats.Com, The IPA Beat Battle and of course The iStandard Beat Battle in which he took the overall prize in late 2005 defeating over 300 producers that competed. Battles aren't everything, now he has set his sights on the music industry as a whole. His love and dedication for the art is his inspiration. The hunger to change the game with "his" sound.
