Sorry stephen, I accidentally deleted your comment. Here it is

From corkill24

I just purchased insanity today and am more excited/motivated to do a workout than i have been in a long time. i have to also say that i'm a little worried. i use to be athletic in high school, but 7 yrs post high school glory days i am incredibly out of shape and also overweight. i feel like i have the determination and disipline to do this 2 month program, but being that i'm not a shade of my former self should i be worried that i cant hang? i know that if i can make it these 2 months that the transition will be amazing, but i dont wanna die on day 5, haha. what are your thoughts?? thanks

HI stephen,

I think you made an awesome choice going with Insanity! I was excited before I started too! What kept me focused was working out at my own pace. Don't worry if you can only do the warm ups. Sometimes I still can't get passed them. Look at it as an adventure into something new, or a level you haven't been before. You'll get better as you go. I was totally out of shape before I started and I still have a long way to go, so If I can do this I know you can too! The video really pushes you and keeps you going, that's what I like about it. Most importantly, start off moving slow with a low intensity, this is where I made the mistake. Try to hang in there with different excerises. I think you will really like the recovery week videos, I love them and think I will continue with them after my 60 days. YES, you can do this.

Hey guys, this week is hectic and I wasn't able to post a video today. Most of my work is done so I can get my posts back to normal.

BTW If you would like to send me a comment, please post it here in the channel as sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the video comments. Thanks!!

Hey oldschoolnes82, welcome aboard. Yes the first week is hard. You CAN over do it. Just stop the exercise and then go again after a minute. Everything will speed up week after week. It DOES get easier but you move FASTER and you think it gets harder, it's almost a mind game. Good choice man! Ya I was about 248 when I started and now my pants are REALLY baggy and need to do some shopping!

Hey guys, I'm fighting off a cold that I got from my girlfriend, she was in a plane for 8 hours on the way back from romania and who knows what she picked up. I think tomorrow I will be better but I want to make sure I am completely well first. Peace!
