This was not done on the Eu live servers, but unfortunately a private server. However, with teleport hack and the right patch, you can do this on the Lives.

This is a place, you can't usually go, since Blizzard removed it in 1.12 (Unsure). I putted a patch into my Data files, and Woop! Then i could go there.

Guide:
1) Go to a GM server (I Used BlackheartWoW)
2) Search Google for 'Programmers Isle Patch', and download :P
3) Use the command: .rec p ProgrammerIsland
4) After the loading screen has finished, you'll be there. You can modify your speed by using the command; .mod speed (insert number between 1 and 255), and fly with the command: .ch fly
