The VX 2 story centers on VX Rage (Capt. VX's dark side), Omion, a secret evil deep within a new police force, and the return of Velenor and allies.

Velenor will end up facing Capt. VX Girl alone while VX Rage and the rest of the VX Super Force will battle the Blue Cyber Tech Force, Omion, and a powerful monster.
