light and love is good.... anger and pain can be good... set your emotions free and make room for love.... understand that love and hate are just scales on a bar and the bar is emotional energy... thus they are both the same but love is the key... express and experience in in mind body and soul and soon you will feel the shift but dont cast off anger but try to understand it for it came for a reason but understand that God is love infinite so to find God we must find love... anger only holds us bound to the ego.

Hulda has made nothing sharing her research. Who's the quack? I'd say it's people who tell you to submit yourself to dangerous treatments that kill you, charge ridiculous fees and promise no help.
