First download this
http://cs.rin.ru/forum/CFToolb ox/CFToolboxSetup.exe

Install it and run, your steam must be closed
when it askes for your GFC location point it to
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps

or wherever yours is

Then run the program go to first tab and find your TF2 shit

download this and extract to desktop

then right click Team Fortress 2 Client Content in CFT Toolbox and go to Updates > Apply Updates

Choose your thing you just downloaded and it'll update, then you close

then download this
http://rapidshare.com/files/83 027608/p3ng3lsteamlauncher.rar

install it and put it in your steam folder where your DLL is

then you run the program go to steam double click steam and it'll install the rest updates for you smile.gif
