The more likes you have the more prone your videos are to being viewed. Having 20+ likes is easily 20-200 views minimum. If you have a lot of likes you have a higher chance of being put on the front page for a search, Say you have 200 likes for a video called "Mw2 Quick Scopes", if someone searches that you're almost guranteed to be on the first page of that search.
