About Me:
 
I am Natalia Belokonova, the founder of Life Wiz Supplements. Originally from Russia, I grew up in a family where my mother and grandmother used a lot of herbs and natural remedies. I developed my passion for natural methods of healing from an earlier age. Now I am a Certified Natural health professional, massage therapist, herbalist, nutritionist and yoga instructor. I have been practicing yoga for ten years and massage therapy for 6 years. I believe that the human body is capable of healing itself, if it is supplied with all the necessary components, such as: the right nutrients, fresh air, a clean supply of water and right mental attitude. However, most of these required conditions are undermined in our daily lives, because of the lifestyles most of us develop. I first began to study natural medicine when my son became very ill and conventional medicine failed to help him. At this point, I realized that the best ways of achieving well-being is to stay connected to nature. In my desire to help people live healthier and happier lives, I have created Life Wiz Supplements a website where we provide valuable information regarding holistic health in our free weekly news letters. I like to be outside in nature. I like hiking and swimming in the summer time. In the winter, I like skiing, sliding down snowy hills, ice skating and just playing in the snow. I love to watch sunsets and sunrises. Occasionally, I enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the company of my friends. In general,living in a present moment and enjoing the casual things in life is what i love to do.
Movies:
I like comedies and anything that makes me laugh. I believe that "time that we waste enjoying is not a wasted time" .
Music:
I love classical music. I enjoy listening to a wide range of music depending on my mood and surroundings.
Books:
My favorite books are: The New Earth by Ekhart Tolle, The Art of Happiness by Dalai Lama, The Power of NOW by Eckhart Tolle, Bhagavad Gita and many other books.
