What makes more sense? That religious zealotry will deliver us from the root of all evil on this planet? Or is it that religious zealotry IS the root of most of the evil on this planet? Historically, some of THE MOST horrendous acts of atrocity have been based upon the "prophecy" or edict found in one religious text or another. It is still happening today.
Why do you, as a sovereign being, give up your own divinity and power to "worship" a deity? Does the fiat money system enslave? Yes, we see proof of this, blaringly, every day, now. However, even the evils of the fiat currency cannot come anywhere near the enslavement of the mind and consciousness through religious zealotry. It is such an all- encompassing enslavement that most have NO idea what they are actually worshiping.
