Bio: Kid Genesis is a 20 yr old upcoming artist/lyricist coming out of Northbridge Mass. Who has decided to make a living of what he loves most music. This is what gets him up every day is his love for music. He has been writing since the age of 13 but around that time it was more poetry then anything. But once he realized he had the potential of making music thats when it all began..

Mark Hollett or Marky which is what his friends and band memebers call him outside of Kid Genesis. He is a 20 yr old rap artist coming out of a small town known as Northbridge Massachusetts. Where he has lived for 13 years of his life. Prior to living in Northbridge he also lived in Milford Massachusetts and Syracuse New York. His love for music started at a very young age when is Father Mark Allan Hollet introduced him to The Doors at the age of 4. Ever since then Markys love for music has grown and expanded to all types of genres, but he is mostly known for listening to Rap, Hip-Hop, & R&B. Through out the years of his early childhood he started learning how to express himself through writing his feeling thoughts and emtions down. Not in the form of poetry or music, he just wrote down how he was feeling at the exact moment. By the time he hit 13 thats when he learned to express his feelings through poetry until the age of 16 when he realized he could take his love for music and his writings and turn it into something that people havent heard before an thats when he started to rap. On Novemember 11th, 2006 at the age of 17 a tragedy had struck in his life it was something that hit really close to home for him. That was the passing of one of his close friends Brittany Irene Norcross. Thats when he really started to get into music more passionately and that is also how he met up with the group he is now with WortownzFinezt. Which consisted of at the time Han Tu, Jay Kobel and Courtney "CJ" DeSouza who is no longer in the group. They were all friends with Brittany and just as passionate about music as he was. So he hooked up with them and did a couple of songs over at Hans house. For awhile Marky wasnt part of the group until about end of 2007 early 2008. WortownzFinezt isnt just a group "We are a family" says Marky. Which now consists of Mark Hollett, Han Tu, Jay Kobel, William Small, and Miguel Gonzalez-Hernandez. This is how Mark "Marky" Hollett aka Kid Genesis got started on his music. The story is over there is still more that needs to be unfolded....
