Jay Allen is an American rapper, artist, musician, and entertainer born and raised in San Diego, California. He started recording and writing music by th name of "Illnostic" in early 2010 and has fell in love ever since. Later in that same year, he decided for various reasons to change his name to "Jay Allen". Since the start of 2010, his career and fan base has grown more than expected. His fans are attracted by his witty and clever "punchlines", concepts, flow, and lyrical ability. On November 11th, 2010 he released his debut mixtape "No Sudden Moves".
