I think the implication from Jorah's post-battle report is that after the battle with that first (and maybe second) group of Yunkai guards, the rest of the guards realized that the fall of the city was a certainty (since the Second Sons joining Dany's forces) and therefore surrendered.

That would be Phantasmagoria. Created by the nice lady (Roberta Williams) who made all those family-friendly King's Quest adventure games for the computer back in the day.

Watch again. At 0:24 (or 0:57 for the slow-motion replay), the officer sees that the bicyclist is moving to avoid, the officer realizes that he won't be able to intercept the bicyclist at his current walking speed, and the officer then speeds up considerably from a walk to a run (instance of both feet off the ground) in order to force the collision. Also watch the officer's arms as he forcefully shoves the bicyclist off his vehicle.

Thank GOODNESS they are wearing protective gear. This could have been a bloodbath.
