I was shopping at Macy's during Christmas time, and I stopped at Clinique to get a sample of Even Better. I wanted to see if it bothered my skin prior to purchasing it. The Clinique employee told me that they didn't give samples out any longer of items that "take a while" to work. I pointed out my allergy concerns, and she barely acknowledged me. I was really disappointed in Clinique for having such a crummy employee (and for this being, supposedly, their new policy!).
